CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Sport and Art Facilitator based in Phnom Penh.

Position Summary

About Sport and Art Facilitator

Note: For Cambodian applications Only

This role is responsible for overseeing and facilitates sports and arts programs in CCF. The position is to develop and implement sports and arts programs and curriculum, sports and arts operational and budget plan to meet CCF expectations. Sport and Art Facilitator will support all school staff, particularly sport and art teaching staff, manage materials to ensure quality teaching and learning and monitor students’ learning progress. In addition, this role is also mainly responsible for facilitating the internal and external tournaments and competitions and other related activities.

Report to: Student Affairs Manager

Key liaison: School Manager, Head of Education and all relevant teams

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive annual planning for sports and arts programs tailored to CCF students;
  • Collaborate with School Manager and Curriculum Coordinators to develop and implement Physical Education, Sports and Arts curricula;
  • Oversee all arts-related activities, such as visual arts, music, dance, drama and creative clubs ensuring suitability for secondary and high school students;
  • Promote participation in internal and external sports competitions, matches, art shows and performances;
  • Support the school events, exhibitions, performances and cultural celebrations;
  • Procure and manage sports and arts equipment and materials, ensuring optimal usage and maintenance;
  • Advocate for and safeguard the welfare of children involved in sports and arts programs;
  • Monitor and report on students’ learning progress of sports and arts activities;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with partner organizations to enhance program offerings.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, or related field;
Work History:
  • At least experience related to sports and arts for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in budget preparation and fiscal management;
  • Good ability to provide timely and accurate reports;
  • Knowledge of computer using (Ms. Office, email, internet and others);
  • Good listening, writing, speaking and reading in English;
Soft Skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels both internal and external;
  • Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful;
  • High compassion and commitment to work with community people and impoverished children.
  • Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
