We are looking for students who are seeking for volunteer opportunities in the following roles and responsibilities. The Volunteer will primarily be based in Phnom Penh.

Sponsorship Volunteer

Position Summary

Volunteer can choose the period they want to work, starting from 3 months and it is renewable after completion. Maximum working period is 1 year.

Working hour:

Option 1: Full time from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with 1 hour lunch break.

Option 2: Part time can be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Time: Monday to Friday

Salary: ActionAid Cambodia provides a small amount of contribution as monthly allowance

The Volunteer will provide assistance to the fundraising department and the sponsorship team in maintaining a timely supporter communication through translation of relevant document, messages, supporter correspondent, preparation of logistic and administration works to ensure our services to the children, communities, and supporters are of quality.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University student preferably fresh graduate
  • Good understanding of English
  • Knowledge of applications including Excel, Word is essential
  • Strong computer skills and typing of both in Khmer and English
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills
  • Sense of ownership, responsive, result-oriented and self-committed person
  • Potentially fit for field work and be able to regularly travel and work with community and children
  • Gender and HIV/AIDS sensitive
