Duties
  • Managing efficient sourcing with strategies as ensuring transparency and secure raw material. Develop farms with scale-up value and volume as sustainable.   
  • Sourcing fresh cassava sources to meet the requirement with efficient cost and quality with and secure supply. Update cassava situation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Create organic cassava network with co-operative/representative/farmers relations and marketing communication, management of farm as well as crop planning, planting, maintenance harvest, manage schedules and paperwork. With developing and scale-up plantation area, productivity, and quality to meet plan with sustainable including create model organic cassava farms.
Requirements
  • Good command of English. 
  • Experience in sourcing cassava / related crops.
  • Experience in the cultivation of organic cassava / related crops. 
  • Experience in AdTech with the capability to explore.
  • Work hard with fully dedicate to the assignments.
  • Super active, healthy, and good personality.
  • Capable to present and report at the time required.
  • Pre Vihear/Oddar Meanchey/Siem Reap hometown.
