Sound and Technical Engineering Leader

Position Summary

We are looking for a Sound and Technical Engineering Leader for supporting in fixing and recording with a modern digital Sound System. Lead sound team and oversee the stage during the celebration. Maintenance and organize the stage, studio, sound system, multimedia and the technical equipment together with a team of volunteers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead sound setup and operation for services and events.
  • Mix live sound using digital mixers and conduct sound checks.
  • Record sermons and worship sessions for online sharing.
  • Train and mentor volunteers in sound mixing and recording.
  • Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot audio equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule the sound team for services and events.
  • Set up, connect, and troubleshoot audio equipment, including wireless systems and stage-snake boxes.
  • Manage and coordinate a team or volunteers for sound system setup and operation.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience with digital mixers and live sound mixing.
  • Knowledge of audio recording tools (e.g., Logic Pro X or similar).
  • Familiar with wireless microphones, in-ear monitoring, and digital sound systems.
  • Ability to train and lead volunteers effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and strong problem-solving ability during events.
 
 

Social Media Coordinator

Position Summary

As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help craft and share the powerful impact of ICF Cambodia through bold content, creative strategy, and engaging visuals across all platforms. From video and photos to graphics and storytelling, you’ll build an online community that’s inspired to connect, support, and champion the vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Produce various types of content such as blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social media posts
  • Adapting existing content for different platforms and formats to extend its reach and lifespan
  • Create social media graphics (Canva)
  • Create content calendars and strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Interact with the audience through comments and messages
  • Ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines
  • Run promo & advertising campaigns
  • Review and report on posting statistics
  • Research trends and try new things
  • Partner with other teams to create content they want while keeping out brand front and center
  • Online Engagement
  • Statistics and Promotion
  • Oversee all social media platforms (currently: IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn)
  • Implementing strategy to ensure continued and increased engagement.
  • Stay informed on all events and initiatives that need to be shared with our audience
  • Send monthly calendars to team lead for edit and approval
  • Scheduling posts in advance through scheduling tool (Later)
  • Monitor engagement with team for each post and ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Report back to Team Lead each month on metrics for posts and engagement

  • Familiarity with AI tools for video editing for social media
  • Knowledge of posting tools (Later)
  • Ability to read and analyze social media metrics Project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms
  • Some basic design knowledge (Canva)
  • Photography skills in shooting and basic editing
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media applications used for editing
  • Able to write clear and engaging content in English
  • Understanding of online trends and best practices for church and NGO
  • Ability to work with leaders from many different departments
  • Ability to see opportunities for great content and direct as needed
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Very creative eye
  • Photography, filming and editing skills (on a smartphone or computer)

Catering Manager

Position Summary

The Kitchen Team Leader oversees all kitchen operations for the NGO/Church, ensuring that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and with a spirit of service. This role includes planning menus, coordinating volunteers, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. The Kitchen Team Leader supports the organization’s mission by creating a welcoming and caring environment through food services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation & Service
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the preparation of meals for staff lunch, Church services, and Church events.
  • Ensure all food meets quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff and volunteers.
  • Assign duties and create clear work schedules.
  • Provide guidance to ensure teamwork, safety, and a positive atmosphere.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food storage, temperature, and proper handling.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and cleaning schedules.
  • Inventory & Procurement
  • Manage stock levels of food, rice, spices, and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with finance for procurement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure cost-effective usage of resources while avoiding food waste.
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Keep documentation of meal counts, stock usage, and budget expenses.
  • Provide reports to management as required.
