Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other service providers to coordinate care and ensure clients receive necessary services
- Advocate for clients and work to address systemic barriers to care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience working with specific populations, such as individuals with mental health concerns, families, or older adults
- Bilingual language skills_ English -Khmer
- Experience with case management software and electronic health records
- Licensure as a Social Worker in Cambodia
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Outreach Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Events: Plan and coordinate community awareness workshops, events, training sessions, and briefings.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, local authorities, NGOs, and stakeholders.
- Outreach & Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at events, in meetings, and in community outreach.
- Reporting & Data Management: Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress, collect participant data, and report on outcomes.
- Communication: Produce promotional materials, such as presentations, flyers, or social media content, to promote the organization’s work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, public relations, communication, or a field relevant to the organization’s mission.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in community engagement, NGOs, or event coordination.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to rural or target communities.
- Proficiency in local languages and well in English.
- Experience in organizing logistics for workshops.
