The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Social Worker to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in providing emotional, social, and practical support to children and families recovering from trafficking, while helping them access education, employment, training, and community reintegration opportunities.
- Provide case management, counselling, and follow-up support for children and families in our care with our unique and tailored Freedom Plans™
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, and community partners to ensure holistic and sustainable support.
- Coordinate referrals and interventions with relevant government departments and other NGOs.
- Deliver our unique and effective programmes to rescued children
- Contribute to team meetings, documentation, and reporting in line with organizational policies•Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure successful restoration for every child we rescue.

- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (or a related field) advantageous, but not essential.
- Conversational level of English—able to communicate effectively with international staff and partners.
- Experience working with vulnerable children or families, preferably in an NGO or community development setting.
- Strong understanding of, or experience working with, government departments and community networks.
- Naturally relational—able to build trust, collaborate well, and connect with others across different backgrounds.
- Advantageous if you already have existing networks or relationships with other NGOs or social service providers.
- A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to grow with our organisation
