Social Worker
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Social Workers’ coordinator you will be in charge of managing the students and ALUMNI database and supporting the social worker’s department with digital tools. You will also accompany our 150 students with various task when needed with your 4 social worker’s colleagues. You will work amongst a passionate team of 34 staff.
Sala Baï is seeking for a skilled professional passionate about sharing his knowledge with the students and helping underprivileged Cambodians to access a brighter future.

- Students database:
- Create and manage digital application forms using google forms
- Develop and maintain a student’s database using excel and google form
- Update the ALUMNI impact management database
- Social workers technical support:
- Produce or update PowerPoint presentations for student recruitment and partner NGOs
- Setting up reports on the department’s activities (student attendance report, student leave request, student counselling, etc.)
- Support for the production of Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, such as students evaluation books and students CV
- Support of the team in their main assignments:
- Recruitment process: presentations, family visits, student’s interviews
- Internships & Graduated students job placements
- Outside activities with students, organization of tournaments, sports, visits of all kinds
- Experience:
- Bachelor degree in the field education, child psychology, social or other relevant subject,
- Three years’ work experience with a preference for the NGO sector
- Relevant experience as a social worker is a plus
- Skills
- Good communication in english and khmer
- Being comfortable to use informatic tools is necessary for this position
- A working experience with google form is an important plus
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
