- Creative Content & Project Ownership (70%)
- Run the Content Plan: Actively generate new, engaging ideas for video and photo stories (targeting 150 unique pieces over 11 months).
- Work with Other Creators: Actively seek and coordinate collaboration opportunities with local and international content creators, influencers, and media partners.
- Full Production: Conduct interviews, operate new professional video/photo equipment, edit content, and serve as the on-screen host for content that celebrates Cambodian culture.
- Design App Features: Use Figma to design initial mock-ups and wireframes for the development of our new app features, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Community Management: Master the process of uploading, scheduling, and responding to comments in the app's global community section.
- Global Communication & Operations (30%)
- International Liaison: Prepare materials for and participate in meetings with international advisory board members and partners.
- Recipient Family Support: Provide logistical assistance and problem-solving support to recipient families in Cambodia, ensuring smooth communication and program participation.
- Campaign Support: Manage logistics for crowdfunding events, including communication with schools, health centers, and community people, tracking donations, and organizing reward fulfillment.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Support alpha and beta testing for our new mobile app, thoroughly checking new features and reporting bugs to ensure high quality before launch.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate project files and track action items to keep the fast-moving project organized.
