Position Overview
The Social Business Sales Manager holds overall commercial accountability for revenue growth, market expansion, sales strategy, pricing structures, pipeline execution, and market demand research across all SGC social enterprise verticals.
This role requires a balance of sharp commercial acumen and a commitment to SGC's social mission. In addition to driving sales quotas, the Sales Manager acts as the vital market intelligence bridge between external customer demand and internal production capabilities. By conducting continuous market research on both existing products and untapped market opportunities, the Sales Manager collaborates closely with the Production Department to align product output, quality standards, packaging, and volume forecasting with real market appetite.
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Annual & Quarterly Revenue Targets: Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to meet or exceed SGC’s revenue, sales volume, and gross margin targets across B2B and B2C channels.
- Market Expansion: Identify new geographic markets, commercial sectors, and high-value institutional opportunities (e.g., hotel chains, resort groups, international school caterers, corporate clients).
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain rigorous sales pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and monthly performance analysis to drive proactive decision-making.
- Market Research & Product Potential Identification
- Existing Product Portfolio Optimization: Conduct ongoing field research, consumer preference surveys, and competitive price bench-marking for SGC’s existing commercial lines (Bakery, Fresh Meat & Processed Cold Cuts, Live/Fattened Poultry, Organic Produce, TCM Herbs) to maximize market share and yield.
- New Product Potential & Opportunity Scouting: Identify market gaps, seasonal trends, and emerging product demands in the hospitality, food service, and retail sectors (e.g., specialized cold cut formulations, value-added organic preps, customized bulk catering solutions).
- Competitor & Price Intelligence: Track competitor pricing models, product packaging formats, and distribution networks across Phnom Penh and regional provinces to position SGC products effectively.
- Production Department Coordination & Supply-Chain Alignment
- Demand-Driven Production Planning: Work directly with Production Department Heads (farm, bakery, product processing) to translate sales forecasts and customer order volumes into synchronized weekly/monthly production schedules.
- New Product Development (NPD) Feedback Loop: Funnel market research insights, customer taste preferences, packaging feedback, and shelf-life requirements directly to Production to co-develop new SKUs or refine existing product lines.
- Yield & Waste Management: Partner with Production to monitor stock rotation, minimize overproduction/waste, and align harvest or slaughter timelines with peak sales cycles.
- Quality Assurance & Client Standards: Serve as the client advocate to Production, ensuring that product quality, hygiene certifications, cutting specifications, and delivery readiness consistently meet B2B institutional standards.
- Pricing Structures & Commercial Governance
- Pricing Architecture: Establish, review, and adjust competitive pricing models, volume tier discounts, and wholesale rate cards for all product categories to optimize margins while remaining competitive.
- Commercial Terms & Credit Management: Define standard terms of trade, payment windows, and credit limits for institutional clients in collaboration with Finance to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Promotional Pricing: Partner with the Marketing Supervisor to design tactical promotional pricing and seasonal campaign offers for B2C retail and new market penetration.

- Team Supervision & Target Setting: Directly supervise the Senior Sales Supervisor and set clear, measurable KPIs and quarterly quotas for the entire sales team.
- Key Account Negotiations: Lead high-stakes sales negotiations, contract drafting, and SLA agreements for top-tier key accounts alongside the Senior Sales Supervisor.

Position Overview
The Marketing Supervisor (Digital Marketing, Media Management & Brand Strategy) leads SGC’s creative, digital, media, and promotional growth engine. Reporting directly to COM (Cluster Operation Manager) and working in a close peer-support relationship with the Social Business Sales Manager, this position is responsible for elevating SGC’s overall brand presence, managing all digital marketing and traditional media relations, driving public engagement, and generating qualified inbound leads for the commercial sales team.
This role bridges digital performance marketing and media management with storytelling, showcasing SGC’s social enterprise product output—spanning Horticulture, Bakery, Butchery, Poultry, Farmhouse Resort/Shop, and TCM—alongside its core social mission, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, and community impact stories.
- Media Management & Public Relations (PR)
- Media Outreach & Journalist Relations: Serve as the primary operational contact for local, TV channels, magazines, and digital journalists; build and maintain a strong press contacts database.
- Press Release & Media Asset Production: Draft, translate, and distribute official press releases, media kits, corporate statements, and promotional feature stories to media agencies.
- Media Visits & Delegation Coverage: Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site logistics for visiting press crews, international media delegations, documentary filmmakers, and photojournalists across the SGC campus and farm operations.

- Inbound Lead Routing: Capture, qualify, and immediately forward incoming digital inquiries, B2B wholesale leads, and corporate order requests to the Sales Manager and Senior Sales Supervisor for rapid follow-up.

- Progressive experience combining media relations/PR, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Experience managing press contacts in Cambodia, FMCG, agricultural products, hospitality, or social enterprise/NGO sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong press relationship management and PR drafting capabilities in English and Khmer.
- Proficiency in visual editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital ads, press releases, blogs, and media pitches.
