Role Overview:
Lead and coordinate skills development programs in collaboration with training providers, private sector partners, business associations, and other stakeholders. Serve as the focal point for engagement, support training proposal development, facilitate workshops and consultations, monitor program implementation, and lead time-bound missions to strategic areas, such as Special Economic Zones.
- Drive planning and execution of skills development programs and initiatives.
- Build and coordinate strong collaboration with training providers, private sector, business associations, special economic zone, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the key focal point for stakeholder communication and partnership coordination.
- Lead and support the development, review, and coordination of training proposals with partners.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, consultations, focus group discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Able to lead missions to strategic areas, such as Special Economic Zones, for time-bound assignments.
- Track implementation progress, monitor key activities, and contribute to performance reporting and results.

- At least of relevant professional experience in communication, stakeholder engagement, event or project coordination, or skills development support for 2 years
- Practical skills in business communication, public relations, problem solving, and market analysis, with ability to apply knowledge in program implementation.
- Good understanding of TVET systems, skills development, or workforce development programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills, including planning and facilitating meetings, workshops, focus group discussions, follow-up, and documentation.
- Good command of Khmer and English, both speaking and written (Chinese is a plus).
