Site Operations Assistant (3 Positions)
Position Circumstances

Cambodian Nationality.
Working Location: Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (Address: Street 113 corner Street 350, Phnom Penh)
Working Schedule: Part‐Time for 6 days/week (AM SHIFT from 7:30 to 12:30 or PM SHIFT: from 12:30 to 5:30 pm)
Contract Period: ONE YEAR, renewable
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact and provide high quality service to all visitors at the site, making sure they are comfortable in all ways, as well as preparing them to take the audio tour with a player, a headset and a map.
- Maintain visitor comment books to record comments from visitors soon after they have finished their tours.
- Be flexible in serving between front office visitor’s area and back office equipment maintenance area; to assist in cleaning and charging equipment to ensure adequate supply during daily operations
- Enthusiastically welcome visitors from all over the world to museum and assist them in many different ways,
- Positively, initiatively, and inspiringly encourage non‐Narrowcasters visitors to use the audio tour guide to enhance their experience at the museum.
- Treat all site personnel with respect; provide them with support and coordination in all matters, in addition to audio tour matters.
- Assist in preparing reports as required by the Employer.
- Follow all company’s rules and regulations, policies and procedures & report to Site Manager.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma in or Undergraduate Students currently studying at the University with no experience required.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Intermediary English level, Can communicate in English with confidence with the visitors coming from all around the world to the museum.
- Additional Chinese knowledge or other language abilities will be an added advantage to the company.
- Able to work by the rotation schedule set by the company including occasionally on public holidays or weekends (extra compensations will be offered.)
Soft Skills
- Can start working immediately.
- Able to work with flexibility, has friendly personality, good teamwork skills, and self‐initiative person.
