Announcement Positions

Site Manager (3 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and push up progress works;
  • Plan the work and efficiently organize the construction schedule in order to meet agreed deadlines and keep updating it;
  • Check the construction finishing quality;
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Check and approve the progress payment with sub-contractors;
  • Give advice to sub-contractors and team members such as Engineer, Technician, and workers;
  • Develop and manage new method and strategy for improving and speeding up the project;
  • Develop and manage cost data on all types of buildings and infrastructure works;
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding any issue or any problem that may occur;
  • Prepare cost plans and cost analyses, co-operate with designers to ensure that building can be erected with an approved budget;
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Obtained Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • At least 5 year experiences in the construction sector and 2 years in management level;
  • An enthusiastic person with extensive knowledge of civil engineering;
  • Be able to use AutoCAD 2D, 3ds Max, and SketchUp;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Be honest, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure;
  • Sound decision making capabilities;
  • A strong focus on continuous improvement.
 
 

QS & QC Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Estimate Construction Cost.
  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
  • Check Labor Claim.
  • Prepare Sub-Contractor Claim.
  • Prepare contracts with sub-contractors.
  • Prepare List of Construction Materials.
  • Other duties assigned by senior Management of the Company.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum three-year experience in construction sector.
  • Good self-determination.
  • Qualified ability to use Auto cad 2D, Microsoft office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skill.
  • Good planning & Organizational skill.
  • Good knowledge in structure calculation is a priority.
  • Proficient in English.
 
 

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (1 Position)

Position Summary

Job Purpose

The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Chairman of Board of Directors (CBOD) and senior leadership team.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
  • Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
  • Develop credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operational procedures in order to assist the Chairman of Board of Director and senior executive team.
  • Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Chairman of Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership.
  • Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.
  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships.
  • Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with banker to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
  • Work with finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the corporation may enter into.
  • Evaluate company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
  • Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
