- Project scheduling, quality control & sub-contractors / suppliers management
- Understanding building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
- Site management and attend / conduct site meetings
- Routine Management reporting & updates
- Project budgeting & cost control
- Liaison with customers, design consultants &/or project manager
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineer or related discipline
- Able to communicate in English
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in commercial interior renovation
- Good planning and co-ordination skills
- Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
MEP Engineer
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Lead & manage the MEP team to execute MEP scope of works for projects.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors & sub-contractors.
- Liaise with Architect, Consultant, Customer or their appointed representatives.
- Support preconstruction activities to ensure consistency.
- Review consultant’s design documentation such as drawings and specifications.
- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings and submissions.
- Validates drawing and specification in accordance with desired quality & scope.
- Manage commissioning of all systems & production of post construction documentation.
- Develop project-specific operational transition plan.
- Observes key installation and test procedures to ensure conformance with project goal.
- Provide regular report to MEP Manager on project update, issues & achievements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Comprehension of critical-path schedule development, trade performance and productivity
- Ability to manage a team.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, electrical and ELV systems.
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to perform under tight schedule and deadline.
- Independent, positive attitude & strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving mentality.
MEP Draughtsman
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Prepare AutoCAD MEP drawings.
- Manage and maintain the CAD library.
- Assist in design, detailing specifying for Tenders or Project execution
- Review consultant’s technical documentation & specifications.
- Review & validate sub-contractors’ shop drawings and submissions.
- Support and assist any other related works as instructed by MEP Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in CAD for MEP works.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, electrical and ELV systems.
- Good command of English
- Independent, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
