Site Manager (Structure Work) (01 position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Manage project team members
- Management of project administration and documentation
- Cambodian Nationality
- Graduated Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Above 33 years old
- Over 5 year experience as Site Manager
- Expert knowledge of building, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Good communication, problem solving, fast and efficient worker
- Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
- Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
- Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
- Good computer skills in MS Word, and MS Excel, Internet and Email
- Understand finishing work such as: masonry work, plastering, tile work, glass work, painting work, metal work, .etc.

Site Engineer (02 positions)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Review project plans
- Undertaking surveys and ensuring site
- Interpreting details and drawings and providing instructions to Foreman on site
- Supervision of workers and foreman within area
- Making Daily reports and submitting to the site manager
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as specification
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Overseeing building work
- Check and control work quality
- Other task assign by management team
- Cambodian Nationality
- Graduated Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Above 27 years old
- Over 4 years experiences as Site Engineer
- Good communication, problem solving, fast and efficient worker
- Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
- Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
- Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
- Good computer skills in MS Word, and MS Excel, Internet and Email
