Duties
Must possess strong planning, organizational and project management skills. Capable to direct all field personnel to achieve completion of projects on schedule.
Spend time at project sites, holding meetings, and perform administrative tasks.
Have your finger the pulse everything to project. Actions include scheduling workers, watching budgets, making sure instructions carried out properly. With first-hand knowledge what going on, in good to changes working conditions procedures increase efficiency also may responsible ordering supplies, obtaining permits, scheduling subcontractors.
Responsible for managing own time to complete process of product installation such example aluminum windows, cladding, façades, and structural glazing.
Follow best practices governmental regulations regarding safety, to make sure workers and/or visitors wear protective gear. Inspect site possible pitfalls, such messes that to cleaned up, schedule regular maintenance equipment ensure it functions correctly.
Construction site supervisors write reports work activity personnel. This information helps keep parties involved the in loop up date.
Lead teams completing construction projects. Know what to be done by finding ways to make it happens. Provide instructions given workers by managing, watch over labor being performed ensure final meets specifications terms design, safety, and budget.We also like to see evidence of candidates capable of doing the following:
Paying close attention to detail to avoid errors or safety lapses
Communicating well to provide team members with clear instructions and to give us and clients pertinent updates
Multitasking to effectively juggle competing demands
Thinking critically in order to figure out courses of action when problems arise
Requirements
Minimum 04 years’ experiences in construction field or similar experience relevant.
Hold at least a high school diploma or post-secondary training or a degree program or Bachelor/Master’s Degree Civil Engineer relevant field
Good communication skills, team player, risk Assessment, result oriented, and advanced problem’s solving skills.
Khmer & English (written spoken) at the professional level is required
Must passionate, energetic, have enthusiastic disposition even adverse situations, leadership.
Computer literacy use MS especially MS Word & MS Excel and internet, email and AutoCAD.
