Reporting Line: SFS Manager
- Operations & Customer Experience
- Develop, update, and implement Operations SOPs and ensure compliance at site level
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food hygiene, 5S, TOP 10 services, and HACCP compliance. Perform spot checks in shop, café bonjour & bakery, and other areas, to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all findings are corrected on time, with supports from TMs.
- Prepare category arrangement for shops under your supervision.
- Work closely with dealers/ franchisees for (pre-during-post) store set-up, provide trainings for shop cashiers & coffee baristas, and propose new categories/ SKUs to be listed in shop.
- Monitor shop layout, stock levels, staff performance, and propose continuous improvements
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth & improve customer journey through development plans, localization of SFS guidelines, and project execution at each site.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to introduce new suppliers, products, and customer experiences (i.e. self-service foods, smart cooking, flavor drink, food, etc.), plus continuously monitor sales trends to determine fast-moving products, in accordance with the evolution of the market.
- Support Marketing, Customer Experience & Digital Executive to initiate and develop memorable experiences, communications, marketing activities or promotion calendar, and perform the market survey, competitor analysis and propose action plans to SFS Manager.
- Identify leasing opportunities for events and exhibitions within the designated venue or location to increase additional revenue for SFS.
- Support SFS Activities (bonjour shop, café bonjour & bakery, activations, in-company events, trade show, exhibition, etc.)
- Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze sales data to generate insights and create/update action plans.
- Prepare monthly highlights & shop results.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, CS, and TMs on invoicing, payments, and partner follow-ups, if required.
- Assist with ad-hoc SFS activities and other tasks assigned by the SFS Manager
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant business field
- Experience in relevant business field
- Familiar with Microsoft office’s software
- Fluent ability to communicate and write in English
- Fast learner and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Willingness to travel for the job
- Good communication, relationship management and negotiation skill
