Service Station Manager
Location: Caltex Siem Reap
- Lead and manage service station operation to ensure whole station premise are in secure, safe and well clean all the time.
- Monitor wet stock report, perform daily fuel stock reviewing, and tank truck receiving.
- Work at forecourt to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Conducts Image Evaluation Checklist twice per month.
- Ensure the safety and security procedures are executed by station staffs.
- Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators.
- Prepare cash for banking.
- Accept data and send date to / from HO.
- Daily sales summary sales report, monthly report and stock count.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Station in order to provide high quality services to customers.
- Prepare the labor scheduling.
- Coaching and counseling the subordinates
- Prepares monthly summary OT and payroll for station staffs.
- Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving.
- Provide training for station staffs (if necessary).
- Lead monthly meeting.
- Place the Purchase Order for Star Mart, Coffee Plus
- Upload goods received into Envoy system.
- Daily sales and inventory reconciliation.
- Lead station team member to conduct the monthly stock count.
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration / Marketing
- Good command of English both writing and listening.
- Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work shift time (flexible hours).
- Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
