Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests at the highest standard
- Support bar service, preparing and serving wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and coffee
- Set up and clear the restaurant before and after each service
- Learn the full story behind every dish, wine, and ingredient on our menu
- Work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team to create a seamless experience

Senior Service Team Member

We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional who carries the values of fine dining in their hands and their heart — and who's ready to bring that to a team that's building something new. We're not filling a position. We're looking for someone who wants to help write this story.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead service during lunch and dinner, ensuring every guest receives exceptional, personalized attention
- Provide wine and beverage service at fine-dining standard, recommending, presenting, and serving with confidence
- Train and support junior team members, helping build the service culture from the ground up
- Maintain the highest standards of table setup, mise en place, and service flow at every service
- Be a true ambassador for the story of Preah Chan Toch, the art, the food, the chef, and the people behind it
- Work directly with the Chef and management team to shape what service means at this restaurant

Work History:
- Experience in fine dining or high-quality restaurant service for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of wine service, table etiquette, and the rhythm of a multi-course meal
- Fluent in both Khmer and English, essential for this role
