We are looking for a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist who can master the full spectrum of search visibility — from traditional search engines to social media discovery and emerging AI-driven platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our content is searchable, shareable, and surfaced across all major digital touchpoints.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent matching.
- Optimise all on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, URL slugs, H1–H3 headers, etc.).
- Perform technical SEO audits, improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles and monitor toxic links.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO health using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Optimise all social content (posts, videos, captions) with targeted keywords and trending hashtags for improved search visibility
- Research and curate platform-specific keyword & hashtag strategies to boost organic discovery.
- Align social content with broader SEO campaigns and trending topics.
- Collaborate with social media and content teams to ensure cross-platform consistency.
- Analyse social engagement signals and evaluate how they influence overall search rankings.
- Optimise web content for AI-powered search and assistant platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Bing Chat, Google SGE).
- Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) for Articles, FAQs, How-Tos, and Product pages.
- Create AI-friendly formats such as TL;DRs, concise summaries, and Q&A blocks.
- Write content in a natural, conversational tone that aligns with semantic and voice search queries.
- Stay informed on AI-driven changes in SEO and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- 2–4 years of SEO experience across web and/or social platforms.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO).
- Strong command of keyword strategy, hashtag optimisation, and search visibility across social media.
- Familiarity with AI models role in search (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.).
- Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills
