- Create and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly, ensuring they are functional on various devices and browsers.
- Design graphics, logos, and visual elements for campus appeal, websites, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms to enhance brand identity and visual communication.
- Create a positive user experience with university website by designing intuitive navigation, clear layouts, and engaging visuals that facilitate user interaction.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as JavaScript, WordPress to update and manage website content, including text, images, and multimedia.
- Integrate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices into website design and content to enhance visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct regular testing of websites to identify and troubleshoot issues related to performance, compatibility, and usability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and design effectiveness, making data-driven improvements as needed.
- Organize and maintain a library of graphic assets and templates for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective web and graphic solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients or team members on how to use and maintain the website and its features effectively.
- 5+ years of website development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or another related field
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Comfortable with meeting tight deadline and minimal guidance
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication for engaging with audiences and collaborating with teams.
- Experience building responsive websites with social media integration
- Understanding of basic SEO and analytics principles
- Well-disciplined and good with time management.
