The Senior Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for DQD Group and its business units. The role will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring and onboarding process.
Role Objective
To support DQD Group’s growth and business objectives by attracting, selecting, and onboarding the right talent at the right time, while maintaining a professional, efficient, and consistent recruitment process across the Group.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process for DQD Group and its business units.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for vacant positions.
- Develop appropriate recruitment strategies based on the requirements of each business unit.
- Post job vacancies through recruitment platforms, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Review and screen CVs and applications based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment documents and support the offer and employment process.
- Conduct reference checks where required.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pool for DQD Group.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Work with HR and relevant departments to ensure a smooth employee joining experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on vacancies, hiring progress, and recruitment KPIs.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance, and quality of candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with DQD Group policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns to strengthen DQD Group’s position as an employer of choice.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects assigned by management.
- English - Good is preferred
- Khmer - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment or HR; experience recruiting for multiple business units or a group of companies for 3 to 5 years is preferred
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good command of English and Khmer is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work with different departments simultaneously.
