The Company’s core business is divided into three main categories: The tapioca starch and starch-related products, the food products, and the biodegradable products distributed to local as well as international markets, details as follows:

Tapioca products include tapioca starch, alpha starch, sago (or tapioca pearl), all of which are manufactured and sold by the Company and its subsidiaries, namely Thai Nam Tapioca Company Limited, D I Company Limited, Thai Wah Alpha Starch Company Limited, and Tay Ninh Tapioca Joint Stock Company.

Vermicelli and Noodle products include vermicelli, rice noodle, rice vermicelli, and mung bean starch noodles (Shanghai noodles) which are manufactured and sold by the Company, having vermicelli as its main product. The raw materials for vermicelli and the other noodle products are pea starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, and rice.

Biodegradable products; our tapioca-based TPS is derived from renewable feedstock with >90% bio content and better elongation suitable for flexible packaging application of mulch film, bags and other blown film applications. Our first generation of TPS compounds, suitable for end-of-life applications thermoforming, injection molding and extrusion, are unique blend of high performing biodegradable feedstock that are both industrial and home compostable.

Position Summary

Department: Administration / Operation / Store

Reports To: Factory Manager / Deputy Factory Manager

Location: TWPC Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Senior Store Officer is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including goods receiving (GR), inventory control, withdrawal and borrowing processes, stock accuracy, procurement coordination, overseas purchasing support, and management reporting. This role ensures full compliance with company SOP/WI for receiving, storage, documentation, and operational efficiency based on store procedures such as GR, PR verification, and withdrawal/borrow control outlined in your SOP and WI documents (Goods Received, Withdrawal & Borrow).

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations Management
  • Supervise daily store activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with Goods Received (GR) SOP, including:
  • PO, Invoice, DO, Packing List, COA, Import Document verification
  • Quantity and quality inspection
  • PR and GR cross-checking
  • Oversee withdrawal, borrowing, and return processes.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and stock arrangement.
  • Monitor stock movement and minimize discrepancies.
  • Inventory Control
  • Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
  • Lead stock count, cycle count, and monthly inventory audits.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure documentation filing for GR, PR, withdrawal, and borrow forms.
  • Procurement Oversight (Additional Senior Function)
  • Oversee procurement planning with internal departments.
  • Coordinate overseas procurement activities including supplier follow-up, shipping documents, import coordination, and logistics communication.
  • Review purchasing requests and support procurement strategy.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and material availability.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to avoid shortages.
  • Reporting & Presentation to Management (Additional Senior Function)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
  • Stock status
  • Slow/fast-moving inventory
  • Purchase status
  • Overseas shipment updates
  • Shortage risks
  • Present store and procurement performance to management.
  • Provide data analysis and recommendations for cost control and operational improvement.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and train storekeepers/store staff.
  • Ensure SOP and WI compliance.
  • Support performance improvement and discipline.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Work History:
  • Experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in procurement or overseas purchasing preferred.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP/inventory systems.
Soft Skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving ability.
 
 

Electrical Technician

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

The position is for a Cambodian

Work Conditions 6 working days per week

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for evaluating and identifying the solution to machine breakdowns for all electrical equipment in the manufacturing, especially PLC and SCADA
  • To provide support for all phases of a project, including review, design, installation, commissioning, and testing
  • Lead the instrument, electrical, and process control parts of a facility automation project.
  • Responsible for performing preventive maintenance in accordance with the PM plan.
  • Checking the machine and equipment, especially the critical machine, and reporting to the Assistant manager of Engineering and the Factory Manager
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
  • Support and co originated with all functions such as engineer, Quality, Production
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in mechatronics / Electrical Engineering /Instrument Engineer
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Year experience in maintenance or service of manufacturing/Factory ,
  • Excellence skill for PLC and SCADA
  • Good command of Cambodian and English language, both reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Computer skills are preferred.
 
 

Sourcing and Farm Development Officer

Position Summary

Managing efficient sourcing with strategies as ensuring transparency and secure raw material. Develop farms with scale up value and volume as sustainable.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing fresh cassava sources to meet requirement with efficient cost and quality with and secure supply. Update cassava situation , planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Create organic cassava network with co-operative/representative/farmers relations and marketing communication, management of farm as well as crop planning, planting, maintenance harvest, manage schedules and paperwork. With develop and scale up plantation area , productivity and quality to meet plan with sustainable including create model organic cassava farms.
