Position Summary

Reporting To: Boutique Manager

Type of Contract: FDC

Job Purpose

The Senior Shop Supervisor supports the Boutique Manager in the daily operation, administration, and performance management of the Phnom Penh boutique.

This role plays a key part in ensuring strong administrative control, accurate reporting, smooth store operations, and consistent brand standards, while also supporting sales performance and customer experience on the floor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations Support
  • Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient performance
  • Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed correctly
  • Monitor shop floor standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising consistency
  • Support control of inventory movements, stock accuracy, replenishment, and loss prevention
  • Act as a duty supervisor in the Boutique Manager’s absence
  • Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
  • Handle and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including:
  • Attendance tracking and staff rosters
  • Daily sales reports and cash reconciliation
  • Expense tracking and petty cash monitoring
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staffing, inventory, and store activities to the Boutique Manager
  • Maintain accurate store records, documents, and filing systems
  • Support payroll coordination by ensuring staff attendance and overtime records are accurate
  • Assist with audits, stock counts, and compliance documentation
  • Sales & Performance Support
  • Support implementation of sales targets and promotions at boutique level
  • Monitor daily sales performance and highlight issues or opportunities to the Boutique Manager
  • Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotional selling initiatives
  • Provide on-floor support during peak hours and promotional periods
  • Customer Experience & Brand Standards
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered
  • Support handling of customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
  • Ensure brand image, service standards, and visual guidelines are followed at all times
  • Lead by example on the shop floor with professional behavior and service attitude
  • Team Supervision & Coordination
  • Support the Boutique Manager in supervising sales associates
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff members
  • Communicate daily priorities, targets, and operational updates to the team
  • Ensure staff comply with company policies, grooming standards, and procedures
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good is required
  • English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2–4 years of retail experience, with prior supervisory or senior sales role experience
  • Experience in retail administration and reporting is a strong advantage
  • Experience in premium or boutique retail environment preferred
  • Good numerical and reporting ability
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting systems, POS)
  • English communication skills preferred; Khmer required

Marketing Executive

Position Summary

Department: Commercial

Reports to: Head of Digital Experience

Type of Contract: FDC

Position Purpose:

To be the operational engine of the marketing department, managing both offline and digital marketing activities. This role owns social media, coordinates campaigns and PR, produces basic visual content (photo/video/Canva), and leverages AI tools for efficiency. The Marketing Executive works directly with the Head of Digital Experience and closely with the Graphic & Multimedia Creator to execute the full marketing plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management (Ownership Role)
  • Manage, grow, and engage Artisans Angkor’s community across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and seasons.
  • Write compelling, on-brand captions in Khmer and English.
  • Monitor, respond to, and report on community engagement (comments and reviews).
  • Track and analyze social media metrics; provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Head of Marketing.
  • Execute basic paid social campaigns (boosting posts, small ad budgets – to be approved by HoM).
  • Offline & General Marketing Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for photo/video shoots.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and partnership communications in Khmer and English.
  • Maintain media, influencer, and partner contact lists; manage outreach.
  • Liaise between marketing, workshop, and retail teams to gather information and ensure alignment.
  • Basic Visual Content Creation
  • Work closely with photo/videographer to shoot and edit basic photography and videography for frequent social media needs, behind-the-scenes content, and simple product shots (using smartphone or basic camera).
  • Create engaging branded graphics, stories, and templates using Canva.
  • Ensure all self-created visuals maintain brand consistency.
  • Brief and collaborate with photo/videographer for high-end / complex visual assets (e.g., professional product photography, cinematic videos, complex designs).
  • AI-Enhanced Efficiency
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Notion AI) to:
  • Generate and refine caption ideas, headlines, and email subject lines.
  • Create first-draft content outlines and scripts.
  • Brainstorm campaign concepts and social hooks.
  • Basic image generation for ideation or low-fidelity visuals.
  • Transcribe and repurpose video content into text-based posts.
  • Document and share effective AI prompts and workflows with the team.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Consolidate performance data from social, email, and offline channels into simple dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Head of Marketing to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, platform changes, and AI advancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2–4 years in marketing (offline + digital), ideally in hospitality, retail, tourism, or social enterprise in Cambodia.
  • Proven experience managing brand social accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube,
  • Excellent bilingual copywriting (Khmer and English).
  • Ability to shoot/edit short videos (CapCut/InShot), take decent photos, design in Canva.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Canva, CapCut, Illustrator, Photoshop, basic Meta Business Suite.
  • Good in English for both speaking and writing.
  • Good in Khmer for both speaking and writing.
Soft Skills
