Senior Sales Specialist

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Exec. / Management, Sales / Marketing

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Execute the sales strategies to achieve the financial targets.
  • Deliver annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts including corporates building, retail shops, hotel/apartment, office building etc.
  • Expand sales in the new market in order to increase customer base as well as continue expansion among exist clients.
  • Build, develop and implement the sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationship
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposal and presentations
  • Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
Requirements:
  • Good command of English communication both speaking and writing
  • Proven sales experience
  • Confident and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close the commercial deal
