Senior Sales Officer (Student Enrollment)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the Senior Sales Officer (Student Enrollment) is to work with the Head, Admission. He/she is responsible for:
- Contribute to student recruitment and Professional Development sales by working closely with the marketing and execution team.
- Conduct “Cold calls” and contact potential and existing customers/ parents on the phone, per email, and in person to promote outreach activities, coordinate workshops and arrange visits from prospective students and parents.
- Handle customers’ and prospects’ questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Attend business networking events to build up reputation of SCIA and find more prospects.
- Produce own network for sales prospects in order to attract and recruit new students
- Creates a database of prospective and current students and/or potential candidates and track sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets by quarter and the year.
- Support the sales team members in processes and procedures and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor.
- Provide sales tips and training to the sales team members to achieve a competitive edge in their pipeline.
- Establish partnerships with relevant organisations, including chambers of business councils and companies that can contribute to student enrolment of the school, through networking and outreach events.
- Support the attendance at events, conferences and workshops, booth activations including from other Divisions
- Participate in and conduct product training and K12 talks where relevant.
- Conduct as necessary any parents’ surveys as instructed.
- Undertaking any duties as may be reasonably required by Supervisors.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related disciplines from a recognised university.
- Proficient in English – both spoken and written, Chinese is plus.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Has an eye for detail and willing to be hands-on in engaging customers and managing events.
- Able to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be prepared to work on weekends if required.
- Some experience in Chamber work, business councils or international school is a plus.

Teacher, Khmer Language
The position is for Primary and High School

JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of a Teacher, Khmer Language is to instruct students in subject-specific classrooms. They create lesson plans; evaluate student performances; and teach using lectures, technology and hands-on learning experiences. They also model expected behaviours to establish and maintain an orderly, disciplined classroom.
The Teacher, Khmer Language is reporting to Subject Head Khmer Language and is responsible for:
- Create daily lesson plans and learning activities for students based on National, Local and School standards in Khmer Language education and research and knowledge of developmental behaviours.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of proven methods.
- Differentiate lessons when needed to give all students access to the curriculum regardless of disability, instructional level, Khmer proficiency or level of interest in the subject.
- Evaluate student performance on tasks established by the standards using different methods such as observation, performance-based tasks or other standard test practices.
- Maintain a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modelling expected behaviours and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviours that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, potential and behaviours periodically through phone or electronic means and at parent and teacher conferences.
- Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
- Performing other functions as necessary or assigned by Supervisors / Heads of Division.
- Assisting Supervisors / Heads of Division in any projects or tasks in relation to company goals and objectives.
- Participating in all School-wide events.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Degree in Khmer Language or Education from a recognised university.
- Teaching certification from a recognised institution.
- Strong knowledge in curriculum, pedagogy and assessments.
- Experience in teaching in an international setting is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in education institutions.
- Experience in teaching in an international setting, as well as managing a department in school, is an advantage.
