Senior Sales Executive

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 – 17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes and shipping solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through sales calls and visits.
- Identify and seek new business opportunities as well as enlarging customer base.
- Coordinate with pricing teams/Trades and space controllers to secure shipments.
- Provide sales leads to Trades and other relevant overseas offices.
- Liaise with offshore service center to ensure timely rate filing before sailing.
- Update booking forecast and required equipment to relevant teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management and HQ.
- Perform other tasks to be assigned by management.

- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- At least of experience in shipping or freight forwarding industry for 3 years
- English proficiency both in writing and speaking. Chinese is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and good knowledge in computer skills.
- Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.
- Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Able to work independently and/or as a team.
