Senior Sale Executive (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Research customer and make sale
- Responsible inquiry from local and oversea customer.
- Research cost and make sale quotation for customer.
- Present and company services to customers.
- Arrange/Follow plans and schedules to achieve target.
- Monitor, follow up customer behavior.
- Build up, maintain, and develop customers’ relationship.
- Report/update status of shipment to Customer and Manager.
- Analyze the market, keep updating of customer entrance in the market.
- Timely report to Manager if any problem or potential problems, risks, service Failure.
- Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Appreciated if experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics tasks with in/out bound shipments.
- Language: English-Good (Can speak Chinese is even better).
- Good computerized skills.
- Good team player & Service Orientation.
- Good understand the Incoterms (transport mode).
- Good understand LCL processing.
- Arrange a meeting with customer, trading, business of heavy equipment, car import….
- Import/Export Procedures, Customs documentations and formalities.
- Ability to work on details, being careful and patience is required.
- Procurement rules and regulations.
