The Cambodian Civil Society Partnership (CCSP)  a registered local NGO  over thirteen year-experience  promoting  enabling good governance  a sub-national level. CCSP works  partners across government, civil society  the NGO community  raise awareness about Decentralization  De-concentration (D&D) reform  encourage  stakeholders  take part  democratic processes.

With  three-year award provided by  United States Agency  International  (USAID)  Community Leader Empowerment Program (CLEP), CCSP implements  program  four provinces  Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom,  Kampong Cham,  community youths  women. The CLEP  objective  to increase  democratic awareness  participation  Cambodian community members, particularly women  youths,  democratic development process  the sub national level.

Duties

  • Ensuring that Impact, Outcome outputs each  achieved according logical framework;
  • Project designing, planning, implementation, monitoring, follow-up evaluation;
  • Guiding staff/subordinates  the implementation  the  activities;
  • Joining routinely internal team meetings  monthly Management Team meeting;
  • Reporting  program monthly, quarterly,  annual basis  Executive Director  Technical Adviser;
  • Developing monthly, quarterly, annual plans;
  • Responsible  planning, monitoring, evaluation,  reporting  activities  Executive Director;
  • Reviewing budget requests;
  • Building and strengthening communications  NGO partners, Government agencies – national, subnational  local levels;
  • Building and strengthening both national  local networks;
  • Organize  facilitate capacity development workshops  direct beneficiaries  the subnational level;
  • Ensuring that CLEP’s three-year strategic plan  positively, smoothly,  effectively implemented;
  • Involving  designing future strategic plan,
  • Involving  developing proposal  fundraising upon request by ED  Technical Adviser;
  • Building and strengthening relationship  donor(s);
  • Representing CCSP  other events;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by ED  Technical Adviser.

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master degree  most advantage;
  • Minimum five-year experience  the  management especially  social accountability  governance;
  • Experience  development  the training curriculum  facilitate  capacity building workshops;
  • Program Monitoring  Evaluation;
  • Excellent staff  project management skill;
  • Excellent communication  both oral  writing;
  • Fluency  English;
  • Excellent organizational development skill;
  • Excellent fundraising  required;
  • Excellent computer  required;
  • Excellent reporting skill;
  • High quality result oriented person;
  • Highly demonstrating openness for feedback  change  ability to manage multi-tasks;
  • Experience  networking  advocacy
  • Excellent team  and time sense;  having driving license.
