Senior Merchandiser
Position Circumstances
- Career Category: Manufacturing - Merchandising, Manufacturing Production

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digesting and coordinating customer requirements to the production team.
- Following production process from sampling to shipment.
- Maintaining a clear, concise and reliable production planning sheet, in order to follow each stage of production.
- Preparing order sheets for materials (packaging materials, etc).
- Working closely with China and Hong Kong merchandisers throughout the progress of the sampling and production.
- Advising and assisting production and quality department.
- Going through quality inspections together with in-house or third-party QA/QC teams.
- Preparing shipping details such as stickers, packing lists, and others as necessary.
- Creating a merchandisers summary for every completed order.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is preferred
- Chinese - Mandarin - Fluent
Work History:
- Garment factory merchandising for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Excellent proficiency in Chinese
- Speak Mandarin
- Excellent knowledge of various software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Experience in cotton knit is a must
- Knowledge with children wear
- Proficiency in English is a plus
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Hard working and is willing to learn
