Baramey Production is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our marketing approach across artist campaigns, music releases, events, and company-level brand initiatives.
This role is designed for a marketing professional with solid experience in structured marketing environments — someone who understands how to design, implement, and run marketing systems that can scale, while still working comfortably inside a creative, culture-driven organization.
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing clarity, consistency, and strategic thinking to how marketing is planned and executed, working closely with creative, content, and production teams.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies across artist campaigns, label releases, events, and brand initiatives
- Design and apply scalable marketing plans, frameworks, and workflows

- Lead marketing campaigns from planning through launch and review
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, creative direction, and audience goals
- Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, creative, and production teams
- Provide guidance and direction on campaign planning and execution
- Support improvement of team processes and overall marketing effectiveness
- Content & Channel Oversight
- Oversee content planning across digital and social platforms
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and rollout
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Market & Cultural Insight
- Apply strong understanding of the Cambodian music and cultural landscape
- Stay informed on international marketing, music, and entertainment trends
- Ensure marketing remains culturally relevant, current, and impactful
- English - Fluent is required
- Khmer is preferred
- Experience in marketing, brand, agency, or growth roles for 3 to 5 years
- Experience working in structured marketing environments and implementing marketing systems
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Background in music, entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, or youth culture strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills; English proficiency required, Khmer strongly preferred
- Experience in agency or FMCG environments
- Familiarity with digital analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Comfort using modern tools and AI to improve efficiency and scale
