Duties
  • Penetrating the market and developing the logistics business by grabbing more customers
  • Canvassing the new clients to try WWL service by means of sales visit, tele-marketing etc.
  • Well coordinating with prospect customers to get their supports by providing customized services.
  • Closely interacting with major customers to establish long-term business relationship.
  • Monitoring/ supervising the complete operation of each shipment to ensure the service quality and eliminate the possible problem.
  • Monitoring the market trend, competitors’ activities, and making the proposals to the superior.
  • Successfully canvassed various high-end traders who have volume and high-revenue business connecting remote ports.
  • Be in charge of daily affairs of company
  • Run and coordinate the different departments/section to work as a team
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the international logistics industry
  • Strong sales ability
  • Experience to be a team leader
  • Knowledge on finance and HR is preferred
  • Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated to succeed
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while delivering independent results
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (Good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to build and maintain productive relationships with English and Chinese speaking clients)

The position is for Container and E-commerce

Role Purpose:

You shall have a good understanding on import and export in Cambodia. Follow up customer’s requirement, provide quotation promptly, and expand new business scope on factories in SEZ and cross-border e-commerce especially. Have ambition to act role in newly-established local branch, and bear difficulties during ‘0 to 1’ period.

Recommend solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge

Engage in organizing and supporting customer workshops intended to share information across diverse subjects such as Import brokerage compliance regulations, new product offerings, and other training intended to benefit the client

Requirements
  • Fluent on English or Chinese
  • Ability on writing Chinese is an advantage
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of international commercial transportation (air and ocean freight required)
  • Requires a minimum of 1-2 years field sales in freight forwarding or two years of operational experience
