Senior Logistics Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring smooth coordination with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, warehouses, and factories
- Oversee and optimize shipment planning, booking, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Supervise and ensure accuracy of documentation processes, including customs, shipping, and compliance requirements
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across internal and external systems, ensuring timely updates for all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to supply chain activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, enhancing service quality and business retention
- Analyze operational performance and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance overall operational capability
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international logistics standards

Languages:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, or related fields
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- 4–9+ years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Document Staff (2 Positions)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact and coordinate with customers, shipping lines, forwarders, warehouses, and factories to carry out import and export shipments.
- Update data promptly on the systems of shipping lines, forwarders and customers.
- Prepare full import and export documents and related reports as required.
- Perform booking operations, process documents, and assist in resolving arising problems (training will be provided).
