Senior IT Officer
Description: The Senior IT Officer is responsible for maintaining the computer networks, providing technical support, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise and ensuring the operating system runs smoothly.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and communicating school systems.
- Monitoring school gate system.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the school
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Auditing and reporting of hardware and software inventory
- Ability to prepare documentation for evaluation and recommendation for management approval.
- Testing new technology
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar functional environment.
- Undergraduate level education in IT or similar fields.
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
- Knowledgeable in Ruijie Network.
- Know how to operate security gate system.
- Experience with BIPO, Amplify and Power school is a plus.
- Basic understanding of CCTV and access control systems
- Good communications skills, both spoken and written in English
- Good listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and Strong analytical skills.
Procurement Officer
Supervisor: Operation Manager
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the school procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to bepurchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, deliverytimes, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and report
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or arelated field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or administrative role.
- Good communicate skill in English and Khmer.
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent teamwork and team-building skills.
- The ability to work under pressure is flexible.
Stock Controller
Supervisor: Operation Manager
- Organize stock and inventory within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods.
- Verify delivery by comparing invoices to the order to ensure goods are in excellent condition
- Receive and issuing stock and inventory
- Tag and label inventory
- Prepare staff requests
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
- Perform other tasks assigned by Operation Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or related area.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Experience: 2 years working at a warehouse as a stock controller Good interpersonal

- Able to write, read speak in English
