Purpose of the Job:
Responsible and accountable for entire computer systems of Starbucks Office and Stores. Leading team member and mange outsource vendor servicing performance to ensuring overall system functionalities are working properly. Consolidate and determine the applications and functions as per the business requirement and trend of growth as well as the budgeting and spending monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Implementation (Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.)
- Managing information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Manage the annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Operation Management (Managing and monitoring daily operations in the department according to defined systems and procedures.)
- Manage IT staff, including recruiting, coaching, and determining job expectations.
- Communicate with various business departments on technical matters.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
- Business Development (Exploring and developing new business, products, and brands.)
- Design, develop, implement, and support new functionalities according to business requirements.
- Business Partnerships (Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities to stakeholders and partners.)
- Ensure IT compliance with Group Standards and execute system operation procedures.
- Align with regional solutions and implementation.
- Manage service vendor performance and determine service levels and KPIs.
- Customer Service (Providing service to external customers.)
- Periodically review and enhance customer touchpoints to provide updated and user-friendly solutions according to market trends.
- Project / Event Management (Planning, organizing, delivering, and controlling projects and events.)
- Properly arrange and plan new system change requests submitted by users.
- Staff Supervision & Development
- Provide training and coaching on system operations and processes for all computer users.
- Administration & Operational Tasks
- Responsible for documentation updates and procurement compliance.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a similar field
Work History:
- Supervisory Experience for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or in a relevant position.
- Solid knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
Soft Skills
- Ability to manage personnel.
