Senior HR and Admin Officer (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: 7Makara Phnom Penh

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Duties:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Work closely with the line Supervisor to do workforce planning and provide strong recruitment and selection support for the achievement of Individual Performance Plan (IPP).
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate payroll process and ensure payroll practices are compliant with statutory regulations and HR Policy/SOPs;
  • Ensure the provision of accurate statistics, implement and maintain departmental records management;
  • Ensure that Human Resource Policies and Procedures are updated and implemented in line with statutory requirements and best practices in the market;
  • Overseeing attendance and managing leave requests.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support on performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for employees
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare the agreement, warranty letter, and other documents for the client
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • Ensure the office is compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Other tasks as per assign by line manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and oral) and the ability to interact effectively with staffs at all level
  • Ability to implement strategies to achieve HR objectives
  • Ability to conduct needs assessment analysis and summary
  • Good Communication and writing Skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office suite, in particular, MS Word and MS Excel and Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Be profession in diplomatic communication and strong leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
 

Senior Accountant (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Oral district, Kampong Speu Province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations.
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
  • Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
  • Ability to train and manage staff.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
 
 

Procurement Supervisor (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: 7Makara Phnom Penh

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts and deals with sellers and distributors during procurement and management of goods and services
  • Deep dive into research and chalk out potential vendors and suppliers for purchase and material management
  • Document, log and report on procurement activities
  • Approve purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
  • Develop, execute, and fulfill the project supply solution; support timely project delivery, customer satisfaction with supply.
  • Manage supply resources, resource assurance, and ensure timely and completely project delivery.
  • Keep good communication with internal and external customers, understand the needs of customers and improve customer satisfaction through continuous teamwork.
  • Work with Logistic Service Provider to make all the supply work more efficient.
  • Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
  • Manage and resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track procurement performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage supplier risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Resolve supplier disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Prepare and analyze bid proposals
  • Maintain accurate and complete procurement records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department head
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a similar field
  • Prior experience working as a procurement manager or in the supply chain field
  • Attention to detail along with outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers or managing a team of procurement professionals
  • Experience devising procurement strategies or managing procurement budgets
  • Proficiency in common data analysis tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, solving problems, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must possess personal integrity, be highly driven, and disciplined with time
  • Language- Khmer and English (Chinese is optional)
  • Be Confident, self-motivated, and teamwork
 
 

Translator Khmer - Chinese (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Khmer - Chinese Translates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department head
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with any related field
  • Language- Khmer, Chinese and English
  • Proved of experience as a translator role.
  • Communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Be Confident, self-motivated, and teamwork
 
 

English Teacher (Home School) (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: 7Makara Phnom Penh

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Teach English and taking care of students
  • Create lesson plans for students as follow the curriculum and teaching progress
  • Prepare materials and activities
  • Assign homework and interesting exercises
  • Ensure the teaching quality
  • Inform parents about their children’s performance
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • BA in English Language or relevant degree, previous experience as an English teacher
  • Having TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus
