Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage staff recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Supervise new employee orientation and coordinate employee engagement activities
- Handle employee inquiries and manage disciplinary matters professionally
- Assist in employee training, development, and fostering a positive company culture
- Support management in reviewing, revising, and updating company policies
- Ensure company policies and procedures are effectively implemented
- Stay up to date with employment laws and HR best practices
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Resolve workplace issues and support a well-organized working environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Ensure administrative systems and documentation are properly maintained
- Support internal communication, meetings, and company activities

Accountant Assistant (2 Positions)
Position Circumstances
- Career Category: Banking / Finance, Assistant
- Schedule:Full-time
- Salary: $320 - $370
Location : The Commune building (near TK)
Schedule : 09:00 - 18:00 (Tuesday - Saturday)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice tracking and vendor communications.
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments, including school-related payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents
- Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and files.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Purchase and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed within the finance and administration functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
