- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visual materials, including but not limited to branding, digital assets, print media, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the design vision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), knowledge in drawing Canva, Adobe Express and Kittle and 3D is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative and original designs for various formats, including digital and print.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects and creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Video Content Creator (4 Positions)

- Plan, Script, shoot, and edit short-from video optimized for multiple channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
- Stay updated with trending audio, challenges, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with brand goals, campaigns, and storytelling direction.
- Create engaging hooks and captions to maximize reach and engagement.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, and visual effects that fit platform trends.
- Monitor analytics and performance to refine content strategies.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
- Experiment with new content ideas, formats, and creative approaches.

Camera & Video Editor (4 Positions)

- Operate cameras and related equipment to capture video content.
- Collaborate with the director and production team to understand the vision and requirements of each project.
- Set up and adjust camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear for various shooting scenarios.
- Ensure shots are framed, focused, and exposed correctly.
- Record video footage according to the project’s objectives and timelines.
- Assist in the editing process by organizing and selecting footage.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera and lighting equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on set.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques in videography.
- Shoot/Edit photo/video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate communications, and more.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Work with audio and video files to synchronize and enhance sound and visual quality.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video presentations.
- Review and select the best footage for final edits, ensuring a cohesive narrative flow.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of content.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access for future projects.
- Deliver finished videos by specified deadlines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the editing process.
- Proven experience as a camera man & video editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using camera (E.g. cannon, sony, fuji……)
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Knowledge in 3D is a plus
- Strong understanding of video aesthetics, including composition, color grading, and sound design.
- Ability to work with various video formats and codecs.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your editing work and creative projects is required.
