Senior Graphic Designer
Report to: Marketing Manager
Job Summary: Common tasks may include developing and executing creative concepts for websites, logos, brochures, posters, social media, and presentations. Additionally, one should collaborate and coordinate with other designers, sales and customer service, IT, marketers, and managers to ensure the quality and consistency of the design work. Supervising junior designers and interns is also necessary to provide feedback and direction for their growth. Moreover, managing the design workflow and timelines is important to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist Marketing Department with concept planning and designs of various marketing materials.
- Develop and design supporting materials: banners, poster, brochures, leaflets, logos, business cards, and Video.
- Develop promotional material and assist on social media promotions, and company website.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
- Be honest, confidential, patient and friendly.
- Flexible and be able to handle complex and changing environment.
- Others tasks as assigned by Marketing Team.

- Experience at least 5 years in Graphic Design.
- Experienced in all printing production works including: Offset, Inject.. Etc.,
- Intermediate or advance Knowledge of Photo Shootings and Creative art designs software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect.
- Strong presentation, written communication, and spoken English is a must. Ability to communicate clearly through social platform or E-mail.
- Complete tasks and deliver the result in timely manner.
- Leadership and management skills are also advantageous for mentoring and motivating other designers. Last but not least, attention to detail and quality is vital for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Dealing with complex projects, balancing creativity and functionality, keeping up with changing trends and technologies, and handling stress and pressure.
Client Relation Officer
The position is for Chinese Speaking
Report to Assistant Client Relation Manager
Commitment: 8:00 am -12:00 pm, 13:00 pm to 17:00pm, Monday to Saturday
Job Summary: Client Relation Officer is responsible for candidate to full fill the title as Client Relation Officer.
- Handling tenant complaint
- Handling all access card requests
- Keep tracking and recording internal document
- Document Translation from Khmer/ English to (Chinese and Chinese to Khmer/ English)
- Manage communication with clients (internal and external)
- Support management with emergency response
- Handling tenant move-in process
- Handle unit handover to tenant/owner
- Arrange announcements and communicate to the tenant
- Handling penalty for any tenant who breaks internal Rules
- Keep track and update tenant data in the Master List file
- Request Forms (Event, Access Card, bring in, Fit out, Work Permit, Advertisement, Parking, Other Services)
- Manage company outlook and ensure efficient response
- Work with HOD to ensure tenant satisfaction with their complaint
- Handle tenant work order requests and communicate with the relevant department
- Support FO receptionist to welcome new tenant
- Support parking coordinator when needed
Account Receivable Officer
Report to AR Supervisor
Job Summary: AR Officer is responsible for minimal AR outstanding as per planning and works with the related department to manage AR & invoicing issue procedure and have a good relationship with customers.
- Prepare customer statements, bills, and invoices and reconcile payments to the general ledger.
- Investigate discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
- Stay up to date on all promotions and special offers
- Deliver invoices to customers
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment
- Follow up and collect payment.
- Submit daily collection and outstanding reports to management
- Prepare monthly receivable statements.
- Post revenue into the system.
- Prepare receipt report.
- Reconcile collection and cash receipt and deposit into banks
- Prepare all payment schedules
- Manage Account Receivable ledger and files.
- Maintain the customer’s master data and customer profile
- Prepare monthly sale records for tax payment purposes
- Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department
- Closely work with the information technology team for the appropriate finance and business intelligence tools of the business to ensure manual work is appropriately reduced or paperless.
