ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and creative senior graphic designer to join the ISI GROUP Corporate Communications team and take on exciting projects in tandem with designing premium corporate assets that showcase our brand. You will be working with a passionate team to create impactful designs that speak to diverse audiences that build our brand’s visual identity. Working with Marketing & Communications professionals at ISI GROUP’s corporate headquarters as well as our leading group of companies, you will work on a variety of projects that come with new experiences and learning and development opportunities. The ideal candidate for the role is creative, passionate about design and driven to take on new challenges.

Duties

Design visual content for marketing & communication materials, including new corporate assets, POSM social media content, event materials, advertising & marketing materials, presentations, ISI GROUP’s internal magazine and more
End-to-end design process of digital content & print materials, including creative concept development, key visuals, optimizing design for digital platforms or to meet production requirements and quality check production to ensure high standards are met
Contribute to ISI GROUP creative campaign and project development through design expertise and recommendations
Update and maintain ISI GROUP Brand Guidelines and support member company and external partner adherence to them
Update existing corporate assets, including our corporate profile, investor presentation and more
Support the Corporate Communications team with key events, campaigns and launches
Stay up to date on the latest local and international design trends to keep ISI GROUP design style up to date with current trends
Photography support
Support ISI GROUP businesses and CSR program with design & branding
Some travel may be required

Requirements

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
Experience in both digital and print design
Experience with branding and brand building
Creative, innovative and excited to try new things
Able to estimate required design time and meet realistic deadlines
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Be able to prioritize projects and be flexible
Attention to detail
Ability to work well with a team and collaborate
Strong command of English & Khmer
Some photography experience
Animation & videography experience is a plus
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field OR professional experience
