Working Conditions:
- Working Days and Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
- Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the company.
- Ability to travel for market visits and vendor meetings as needed.
- Financial & Trading Analysis: Review weekly trading performance, manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets, and adjust forecasts to maximize profit and manage inventory risk.
- Range Planning & Selection: Work with principle to develop and curate product collections, ensuring product ranges align with market trends, sales data, and company KPIs.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels across all channels (online/store) for optimal availability, including reordering and managing product markdowns.
- Visual & Store Collaboration: Align product allocation with visual merchandising teams to enhance in-store displays, store openings, and overall customer experience.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on category-level and seasonal strategies, including managing commitment timelines, intake, and sell-out dates.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, manage budgets, and analyze product performance.
- Fashion Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and brand-specific market positioning.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships across teams (marketing, buying, DC, stores).
- Experience with merchandising systems and MS office skills (Excel skills is essential).

Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing warm welcome, effective presentation and demonstration of products and with a high level of service to customers to satisfy their shopping needs and enhance their shopping experience.
- Achieve sales target as assigned by the Company
- Follow the company guideline and operational standard
- Replenish products on shelf and participate in stock count
- Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the store
- Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and displays
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Assist in opening and closing of the store
- Assist in cashiering duties when required

- High School Diploma in in any field or higher as a minimum
- Experience: Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
