Beginning from 1993 and driven by a vision of contributing to food security and tapping the growing global market opportunity, Khmer Foods Group Co., Ltd (KFG) was formally established in 2012 to reflect its expanding scope and aspirations.

KFG has continuously invested in infrastructure to support its growth. In 2009, the company established its first rice re-processing and packing facility in Phnom Penh with a 4,000-square-meter warehouse. By 2012, the warehouse was expanded to 7,000 square meters to meet increasing demand. Further expansion came in 2015, 2018, and 2019 with the construction of a second warehouse facility featuring direct railway access. These facilities played a key role in KFG’s ability to meet the needs of its diverse international clients.

Senior Export Sales Executive

Position Summary

Department: Sales Department

Reporting to International Sales Manager

ANNOUNCEMENT DESCRIPTION

Do you have experience in export sales, international trade, and B2B negotiations? Are you passionate about global market expansion and rice exports? If so, this opportunity is for you!

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new buyers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international clients.
  • Ensure timely execution of shipments in collaboration with Logistics & QC teams.
  • Manage and achieve customers' expectations while maintaining high customer satisfaction -​ Monitor global market trends and provide competitive pricing analysis.
  • Ensure all export processes comply with INCOTERMS, trade finance (LC, TT), and international trade regulations.
  • Travel overseas independently to represent the company at global trade fairs and international client meetings.
  • Contribute to sales forecast and meet KPIs set by management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in rice export sales, international trade, or agri-product sales.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills with international clients.
  • ​ Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and trade finance (LC, TT).
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and quality-related issues.
 
 

QA Supervisor (Rice Milling)

Position Summary

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Reporting to QA Manager

ANNOUNCEMENT DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional looking for an opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced rice milling environment? We are seeking a dedicated QA Supervisor to oversee our Quality Control (QC) staff and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across all operational departments. If you have strong experiences or expertise in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and/or BRC Issue 9, this role is perfect for you!

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Supervise QC staff conducting real-time quality monitoring in the rice milling process, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Ensure strict SOP adherence across Production, QC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sanitation teams.
  • Conduct container loading quality checks, including bag weight verification, labeling accuracy, sealing, and container hygiene inspections.
  • Monitor warehouse storage conditions and verify that the correct raw materials are issued to production, ensuring product traceability and FIFO compliance.
  • ​ Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and BRC Issue 9.
  • Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams to maintain product integrity and resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Work with the HR department to develop and conduct training sessions for QC and operational teams on quality control, food safety, and SOP compliance.​
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • ​ 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a rice milling, food processing, or grain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and/or BRC Issue 9).
  • Experience managing QC teams and overseeing real-time quality control operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • ​ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
