Senior Executive, Logistic (1 Position)
Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

- To ensure that materials are arranged and scheduled to arrive as per plan.
- Develops and implements logistics strategies and plans to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Oversees the movement of goods, coordinating transportation modes, negotiating rates with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manages inventory levels, optimizes storage, and implements inventory control measures to minimize costs and ensure product availability.
- Supervises and mentors logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational goals.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics service providers.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes logistics performance, and identifies areas for improvement.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Troubleshoots logistics issues, resolves customer complaints, and implements solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Identifies and implements new technologies and processes to enhance logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Manages logistics budgets and ensures cost-effective operations.
- Ensures a high level of customer service by providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and meeting customer expectations.
- To ensure that materials coming with right quantity, quality and SPEC condition. Monitor and service provider evaluation.
- Monitor, co-ordinate and ensure that our delivery requirements are fulfilled.
- Ensuring compliance to domestic and international shipping laws.
- Examine invoices and ensure conformity to agreed rates, tariff and customs regulations.
- Co-ordinate and provide feedback on the receiving and un-stuffing of our inventory from our suppliers (local & overseas).
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics and/or Supply Chain or related field.
- 3- or 4-Years relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, order processing and customer service.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and logistic operation (inbounce & outbounce).
- Project Management Skill
- Good negotiation and problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Team) and SAP System
- Good in both verbal and writing English,
