- Assist business growth of the company through both offline and digital platform
- Creative & flexible in providing technology solutions to types of partners
- Documents and other business documents processing development to assist the growth of business
- Initiate & target sale development process toward the potential customers, partners
- Keep updating the market trend, potential source of digital business and developing sale process to acquire the business
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly management report to analysis the area of growing for both existing business and potential business
- Generate more qualified source of business, association, group of business and other targeted group of business-to-business team
- Support company monthly planning for digital role and advertisement to promote company, customers publicly through digital market strategy

Senior Data & Reporting Analyst Officer (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Analyze current operational process across functions such as new sale, policy servicing, call center, and claims to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and propose a actionable solutions for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with operation teams to implement process improvements, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on operations trends, identifying risks, recommending data-driven strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
- Design and maintain metrics and report to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new sales, policy renewal, claim turnaround time, customer satisfaction and premium collection.
- Extract, clean and analyze data from multiple sources to support operations decision, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Collect data from call-center and claim hot-line in term of client complaint and come up with report to management finding solution for clients.
- Regularly analyze the insurance premium collected compared to claims and recommend change on insurance policies;
- All other tasks as maybe assigned by the manager
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Banking/Finance, Business Management or related disciplines.
- At least two-years’ experience in leading insurance sale operations and product development
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and computer competencies especially in excel and power point.
- Good working knowledge of computer software;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Khmer;
- Excellent financial, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills; and
- People but result oriented.
Senior Sale promotion & Digital Marketing Officer (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Oversee social media strategies;
- Write content for press release, event, and news about organization;
- Write and optimize the content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Youtube, Messenger, LINE, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google and others;
- Manage and maintain the Serendib’s website;
- Track and analyze the website & social networking traffic flow and provide regular internal reports;
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to fix any errors or bugs in the online content;
- Edit and post videos, and audio content to online sites;
- Create online banner adverts and oversee the pay per click (PPC) ad management;
- Develop guidelines for ongoing maintenance Serendib’s website and social media;
- Assist in graphic design;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Operation Dept.
- BBA in Media & Communication, Marketing, Art/Design, or other related fields;
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 year-experiences in related fields;
- Skill in editing and writing content for various digital platforms;
- Knowledge in graphic design and animation design (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dream Weaver, Firework, Flash, etc) and video editing skills;
- Willing to work as a team or as an individual;
