Senior Accountant-Stock
Position Circumstances

Location: The Bridge Koh Pich
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inventory Accuracy & Reconciliation
- Perform daily and monthly check and verify all transactions in accounting system related stock in and out (interim deliver and interim received)
- Lead and coordinate regular physical cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies (shortages, damages, or overages).
- Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoiled, damaged, technical wrong
- Maintain accurate "Landing Costs" (including freight, duties, and handling) for imported tires and oils.
- Calculate and monitor the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and gross profit margins per product line.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend provisions for "dead stock."
- Work closely with Warehouse mgr/Stock controller to makesure stock in properly places
- Involved in Purchasing, Receiving, Physical Counting, Internal transfer and customer return
- Other tasks assigned by Accounting Sup/ FM
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Work History:
- Experience in Inventory Accounting, preferably in automotive, spare parts, or FMCG trading for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- High proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo system is plus).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Sumif, Sumifs,…).
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment.
