Key Performance Indicators
- Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks and reports are completed on time according to agreed standards and timetable
- Monthly and annual tax returns are completed and submitted on or before the due date
- Monthly management reports are complete and accurate, and completed by the due date
- Data recorded in the accounting system and on accounting and tax reports is 100% complete and accurate
- All overdue receivables are actioned or escalated within 5 business days of becoming overdue
- All vendors are paid on or before the due date or as otherwise agreed
- All vendor payments and invoices are properly authorised in accordance the Expenditure Approval Policy
- 100% positive feedback received on service provided by the team to the business
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the vendor payments process, including checking documentation, approvals, processing and payments
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, processing, statement preparation and following up overdue amounts
- Respond to internal and external queries from vendors, customers and staff
- Maintain the accounting system, ensuring consistent and accurate data entry
- Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Process manual journals in the accounting system
- Prepare monthly management reports and provide analysis
- Prepare documents and reports for monthly and annual tax returns
- Prepare documents for the annual audit, and respond to audit queries
- Identify errors and enhance controls and processes to reduce risk
- Maintain strong controls over cash and financial transactions
- Provide support to the Finance team to ensure all tasks are completed within set timeframes
- Participate in company-wide and Finance projects
- Comply with all company policies and workplace regulations

Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
Work History:
- Experience with a medium or large enterprise for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Training in Cambodian taxation law and regulations
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with computerised accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
