Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchase material, packaging, spare part and accessories provided to company production and operation activities to ensure those meet demand on price, quality, typical kind and on time.
- Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the equipment / tools for projects / requirements.
- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Creates purchase order and monitor the delivery upon the required date.
- Prepare subcontracts, and agreements for projects' material and equipment.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, price and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
- Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements
- Support Management on the assignment.
- Join in Board of Project Management as a member for new project (if any)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Purchasing.
- Proficient Computer skills; MS-Office 365, MS-Excel, MS-Word, ability to work with SAP system.
- Engineering knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP & HACCP and others
- Good command in English or Thai
Soft Skills

Quality Management System

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish SOP and review (Standard of procedure) of quality standard. To control quality to meet the standard spec and customer requirement and inform the production team for the quality result to production department.
- Quality system responsibilities encompass establishing standards, managing documentation, conducting audits, and providing training. These duties ensure consistent quality across processes, products,
- Ensure GMP, SOPs, GHP have been implementing correctly to meet internal standard and external audit requirement and Local regulation.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training for relevant quality system procedures. Induction documentation is developed, maintained, and updated for each site. Induction documentation is maintained, updated, and communicated to staff.
- Conduct annual training with the purpose of delivering QMS and Food Safety Policy to production teams.
- Review HACCP system Confirm on the actual process.
- Perform following the quality process standard procedure that refers to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) including the quality standard product such as ISO9001/GHP/HACCP.
- To support production Team leader to aware on QMS (Technical support, Procedure, Quality manual, traceability, record keeping, product recall, complaint handing, documents control, product development)
- Working Closely with cross department. Direct report to Quality Control and Quality Assurance Section Head.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in /Diploma of General / Chemistry/Science / or rerated
Work History:
- More than experience in manufacturing/Factory for QA/AC department and experience with ISO 9001 and FSS22000 for 2 years

- Good experience of communicating and work closely with cross department
Soft Skills
- Good command of Cambodian and English language, both reading, writing, and speaking.

Electrical Technician Cambodian
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for evaluating and identifying the solution to machine breakdowns for all electrical equipment in the manufacturing, especially PLC and SCADA
- To provide support for all phases of a project, including review, design, installation, commissioning, and testing
- Lead the instrument, electrical, and process control parts of a facility automation project.
- Responsible for performing preventive maintenance in accordance with the PM plan.
- Checking the machine and equipment, especially the critical machine, and reporting to the Assistant manager of Engineering and the Factory Manager
- Ensure that work is carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
- Support and co originated with all functions such as engineer, Quality, Production
