Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Agenda Management:
- Proactively manage the GM’s schedule, organize meetings, vetting meeting requests, and optimizing time allocation.
- Minutes & Reporting: Attend high-level meetings to take precise minutes, track action items,
- And draft/disseminate comprehensive reports
- Correspondence & Documentation: Draft official letters, emails, and presentations in both Khmer and English.
- Translation: Translate Khmer/English documents as necessary.
- Social Medias: Help design and draft Social Medias posting.

- Fluent Khmer Language Proficiency: Fluent Writing / Speaking
- Advanced English Language Proficiency: Writing / Speaking
- Advanced Microsoft Word Skills: Advanced formatting, template creation, and professional report layouts.
- Basic Excel Skills: Basic knowledge formulas, formatting, presentation.
- Advanced Agenda and Tools Skills: Google Calendar, Google Drive, and other tasks management tools
- Good AI LLM Knowledge: Can use ChatGPT, Gemini, Others
- Meticulous, precise, very well organized with sharp eye for detail
- Administrative Expertise: Proven background in administrative roles with a deep understanding of corporate workflows, approval processes, and document control.
- Preferably someone who is "environment" oriented.

- Cash collect payments from customers according to term agreement.
- Provide professional service to customers by phone and face to face.
- Prepare the monthly report and submit it to the manager.
- Respond to customer inquiries & resolve complaints.
- Find and contact new customers to promote and sale service
- Improve/Develop daily work with a creative idea
- Cooperate with related departments
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the department manager.
