School WASH Program Coordinator (1 Position)
- Devote 20% of time to administrative tasks 10% of time to training volunteers, and remaining 70% of time should be used to complete all other takes.
- Assist school WASH program manager in developing School Operation Manual to be used as a standardized tool for the organization as a whole.
- Conduct 4 workshops training about WASH “Hand- Washing with soap, safe Drinking Water, Safe Sanitation, Menstrual Hygiene and Management (MHM), and Refresher” to school principals or teachers.
- Work closely with school principals or teachers, in consultation with school WASH program manager, on designing training program.
- Organize health and sanitation campaign in targeted community in cooperation with chief DoE, Chief of district rural development, school principals, and teacher in consultation with school WASH program manager.
- Manage/ facilitate the school BioSand Filter (sBSF) at any exhibition events if it is possible on occasion.
- Follow school program procedures when completing the school assessment, selecting an appropriate location for the sBSF and Hand-washing station (HWS), and when completing the M&E form so that everything is ready for installation. Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implementation through the school M&E, (sBSF), HWS form, and provide regular report to M&E Manager and the school program.
- Must have experience with community work or WASH program.
- Bachelor Degree or comprehensive training courses in health ministry.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.
- Able to speak and write some English.
- Commitment to Clear Cambodia’s core values and mission.
- Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.
- Must be willing to drive a motorbike when on field visits on some occasions.

Water Source Project Facilitator (2 Positions)
- Project management and Implementation
- To work with Water Source Project Manager on defining approach on Water Source training manual as standardized use as a whole in Clear Cambodia.
- To work with Water Source Project Manager in developing plans of action for project implementation in collaboration with local authority and stakeholders.
- To strengthen the quality of the constructions and conduct meeting to ensure families understand how to use and maintenance.
- To manage the budget effectively and ensure that all operations comply with donor regulations, requirements, and Clear Cambodia’s financial and administrative policies, in consultation with the finance team.
- To prepare and submit the monthly budget and narrative report to the supervisor.
- Play a good role model of Christian identity to others in the project operation.
- To establish close communication with other relevant partners in order to develop and improve the effectiveness of the organization.
- To join monthly and other meetings with Water Source Project Manager, other Project Coordinators, and other staff concerned to share challenging and achievement.
- To host donor’s visits to target areas as required by manager.
- Selection target areas and families
- To consult with Water Source Project Manager on the request from local authority and families follow the selection criteria.
- To work with Water Source Project Manager on design of each construction to ensure that all types of building (Mechanized Boreholes, Hand pumps and Piping Systems) are acceptable quality as well as donor requirements.
- To be responsible for data entry GPS coordinate, and others statistics as required.
- Training/ Workshop
- To work with Water Source Project Manager in planning and meeting with stakeholders/ partners in target areas included Commune, village, families and DDRD on key messages of water usage and treatment, common issues with distribution, and how to check for issues, etc.
- To promote the importance of safe water usage, using latrines and hand-washing with soap in cooperation with families, local authorities, health staff and partners organizations.
- Monitoring/ Evaluation and follow-up visit
- To work with Water Source Project Manager on M&E plan and follow-up activities to Water Source Projects by ensuring that all facilities are used and maintained properly.
- To monitor effectiveness of implementation and finding constraints to the project achievement (outcomes) and to take initiative related to plan of action to partnering with stakeholders.
- To manage/monitor daily project implementation of Mechanized Boreholes, Hand pumps and Piping Systems, and to ensure that the requirement of donors is met in consultation with the Manager.
- At least 2 years community experiences, ideally including experience in good facilitation, and management from NGOs.
- Have experience working with WASH program.
- At least have Secondary School Diploma (Pass grate 12) or equivalent certificate.
- He/ She should be a Christian.
- Training in facilitation, monitoring, or evaluation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail, Internet and another computer related software.
- Effective communication and facilitation skill.
- Can speak and write some English.
- Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.
- Must be willing to drive motorbike to field visits.
