Head of School
Head of School: is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of APIS. This role ensures academic excellence, fosters a positive school culture, and aligns educational strategies with institutional goals. The Head of School works closely with the COO and leadership team to drive growth, maintain compliance with educational standards, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Training: Expertise in curriculum development, school leadership, accreditation standards, and strategic planning.

Administrative Manager
Administrative Manager is responsible for the efficient management of administrative systems, as well as supervision and training of administrative officers, supervisors, assistants and other assigned staff. Managing the provision of support administrative related activities and routines in order to achieve the objectives within the timeframe as required.

Preschool Academic officer: shall develop and coordinate the preschool academic program, policies, guidelines, procedures, and other operations to achieve the objectives of the academic department within NTC Group and its assigned campus, and to provide academic training to teachers or school coordinator to ensure the high standard of SPK teaching quality
