Report to: School Director
- Areas Responsibilities:
- Manage teaching staff in order to maintain and improve education quality.
- Manage operation staff including marketing personnel, receptionist, cleaner, guard and bus driver in order to maintain and improve support services to the whole school community.
- Manage public relations with other key people and institutions around the school in order to maintain good communications and improve the visibility of the school among the general public.
- Top Key Performance Indicators:
- Steady increase of net enrollment
- Minimal drop out rate of less than 1% on a monthly basis
- At least 95% of the students meet the expectation in monthly standard tests
- Minimal cases of accidents
- Zero case of fund mishandling
- Zero errors in financial records
- Weekly meetings with staff to inform and solve problems
- Monthly meetings with parents to inform and solve problems
- High level of cleanliness in the whole school campus
- High level of safety for all students and staff
- At least holding Bachelor Degree in Management, Business and/or Education
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in private school management positions
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Able to meet enrollment target with a proper sense of urgency
- Be in good health, physically and emotionally
English Teacher (10 Positions)
Report to: Branch Manager
- Areas Responsibilities:
- Ensuring classroom is effectively managed and controlled
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons in English
- Preparing examination papers
- Reporting teaching plans and test results to the Branch Manager
- Setting and correcting homework students
- Improving and strengthening morality and courtesy of the children
- Developing abilities of communication in English among students and staff
- Improving teaching techniques in order to improve children’s English knowledge
- Advising children to study hard in the class as well as outside the class
- Preparing score list of students
- Other Responsibilities:
- Ensuring children are all times protected from physical, emotional or sexual abuse
- Reporting any mistreatment or abuse of children
- Acting at all times in an ethical manner to become a good model for all children
- Following other duties reasonably required by the Branch Manager
- Respect child rights, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Bachelor of Arts in English specialized in teaching (Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 students can also apply)
- Knowledge in teaching methodology
- Knowledge in child development and protection
- Be willing to learn and self-improve
- Honesty and patience with children
- Be able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English
- At least one year of experience teaching English is preferred but not a must
